Onze werkwijze

The first contact:
We are usually approached by a funeral director or a close family member.
Typically, one of us will be present, unless you prefer two photographers.
The advantage of working as a team is that our schedule is more flexible: if Rosalie is not available, Malou can step in, and vice versa.
We can connect by email or phone to discuss how the day will unfold, what matters most to you, and where you would like us to be, gently and respectfully present from the very beginning.

During the farewell:
We arrive well in advance.
This allows us to get familiar with the space, and it gives everyone present time to get used to our quiet presence.
We dress appropriately for the occasion.
If there are specific wishes regarding clothing or cultural customs, we are happy to follow them.
During the service, we work as unobtrusively as possible. We wear soft, silent shoes and keep our cameras set to the quietest mode. We keep a respectful distance, stepping closer only when it feels appropriate and discreet.
Once our work is done, we say goodbye to our contact person, this may be you or the funeral director.
Our presence on the day is purely practical and supportive.

After the farewell:
You will receive a private online gallery with all curated images.
We recommend downloading and saving them in a secure and quiet place of your choosing.
You will also receive a tangible keepsake, a small farewell album with a tender selection of moments from the day.

We usually work with one photographer, but you are welcome to request two. Because we are a team, our schedule is flexible, if one of us is unavailable, the other can step in.
